Lucy started her journey into the business world over 12years ago with the right qualifications. Yet, her determined, relentless, self-motivated, and independently minded personality has never stopped her from learning, which most people believed to be the secret to the success of this great personality.

Lucy has occupied remarkable positions in several reputable organizations where she performed exceptionately well with her excellent analytical negotiation, motivational leadership and business growth initiative skills. This has shown in her consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, optional performance, and profitability in all she does, especially in the rapid growth of her company.

As President and owner of Universal Screen Inc., Lucy vision for Universal Screen was devinely orchestrated, and thus Universal Screen Inc. was started in 2009. Her desire is to help her clients build a safer workplace and community by providing those services that will give the decision maker the pertinent information to make the hiring decision.

Lucy earned her MA, in Christian Counseling and Administration, She earned her BA, in Management Human Relations, and she holds her AS in Computer Information System. Lucy is also a DOT Forensic Urine Drug Screen and a Breath Alcohol Trainer.
