Lucy has occupied remarkable positions in several reputable organizations where she performed exceptionately well with her excellent analytical negotiation, motivational leadership and business growth initiative skills. This has shown in her consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, optional performance, and profitability in all she does, especially in the rapid growth of her company.

As President and owner of Universal Screen Inc., Lucy vision for Universal Screen was devinely orchestrated, and thus Universal Screen Inc. was started in 2009. Her desire is to help her clients build a safer workplace and community by providing those services that will give the decision maker the pertinent information to make the hiring decision.

Lucy earned her MA, in Christian Counseling and Administration, She earned her BA, in Management Human Relations, and she holds her AS in Computer Information System. Lucy is also a DOT Forensic Urine Drug Screen and a Breath Alcohol Trainer.

    Universal Drug Testing is open to screen potential employees for employment at our 2504 Cayer Ln., Ste. D location or on-site for your convenience.

  • Post-Accident

    Universal Drug Testing provides post-accident drug and alcohol testing 24 hour a day, 7 days a week by simply calling our toll free number. When an accident takes place or if there is a suspected occurrence of drug use, we will dispatch one of our highly-trained mobile collectors to collect the specimen of your choice and/or perform the breath alcohol test at your location or wherever needed.

  • Reasonable Suspicion
